To be applied each year toward the support of the Davison Memorial Hospital, at Yu Yao, near Ning Po, China. If for any reason the work connected with said hospital should at any time be given up or abandoned by said Board [n/k/a Coemar], the income from said Fund shall then be used in connection with the medical work for women on the foreign field at the discretion of the reporting Board.
