Shall be used for training Bible women teachers under the direction of the Tsinan Station of the Shantung Mission, China, until such time as the Board [Coemar] and the Tsinan Station of the Shantung Mission cease to be responsible for the training of Bible women. In that event, the use of the principal and/or interest of the fund may be transferred to other use after conference with the Tsinan Station of the Shantung Mission.
