Designated Use

Income from said Bonds or fund shall be given to Mr. Sam Higginbottom, now at the head of the Agricultural Department of Ewing Christian College located in Allahabad, India, and to be dispensed by him or under his direction for the help and assistance of needy students or in any other department of his work as he sees fit, so long as he shall remain or continue in said work. Should said Mr. Higginbottom transfer or be transferred to any other school or foreign field then said fund shall be used by him or dispensed under his direction either in his present field of work or in such new field, as he may desire. Should Mr. Higginbottom discontinue his work in foreign mission fields then said portion of the income from said fund shall be used for the continuance of said work in said school or foreign fields or in such other place or places as said party of the Second Part [Coemar] shall determine.
