....the income therefrom used for the training of evangelists through the North China Mission and that as of and after January 1, 1961 and until such time as circumstances permit the resumption of the use of the income therefrom for the support of the training of evangelists within China said Commission administer said fund and use the future income therefrom as well as all income now accumulated thereon to support one or more Christian educational institutions controlled, maintained or supported by the Commission wherever located at which in its judgment the training and instruction of Chinese people as Christian evangelists is or will be most effectively achieved under the circumstances.
