Designated Use

To be used for the benefit of the Rangsee Kasem School, Nan, Thailand, in addition to the Board's [n/k/a Coemar] regular budget. But if for political or other reasons the interest on the funds can no longer be used advantageously for the Rangsee Kasem School after a period of five successive years during which the Board for such reasons has discontinued its participation in said School, the fund shall be used to help provide scholarships in preparation to return for work in a rural area for worthy girls from Nan, or if none are readily available, from elsewhere.
