To be used in connection with missionary work in the country of Mexico as long as such missionary work is conducted by said Board [of Foreign Missions n/k/a Coemar] in said county and upon said Board's ceasing to conduct such work in said country, I then direct that said sum and the income therefrom be used in promoting such religious or charitable work as may be carried on by said Board.
