Annual income of $100 or less is to be paid in equal shares to the First Presbyterian Church, Plainfield, N.J. [n/k/a United Presbyterian Church] and the First Presbyterian Church, Rahway, N.J. to be used for work with children of these parishes. Annual income in excess of $100 is to be used for such purposes of children's work as the General Assembly of the Church shall in its wisdom direct in the furtherance of the Christian program of the whole Church.
