For medical mission work of the Church of North India, with first preference to be given to the Philadelphia Hospital in Ambala, North India, if and when the appropriate General Assembly programmatic agency of The United Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A. feels that said Philadelphia Hospital would use the said income effectively for its medical mission work. Should the Program Agency have questions about the efficacy of this work, said income shall be used for similar work in another institution or institutions of the Church of North India, as directed by the appropriate General Assembly programmatic agency of The United Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A.
