Shall be for the use of Foundation, in establishing, developing or assisting religious institutions or activities, no part of the net earnings of which enures to the benefit of any private shareholder or individual, and no substantial part of the activities of which is carrying on propaganda or otherwise attempting to influence legislation.After the death of Donor [DOD 9/20/1996], his wife and his son William [We have no way of locating wife or son], Foundation may in its sole discretion apply and use the principal property then allocated to Project Religion, and the income thereof, including any accrued income then on hand, for the general purposes of Project Religion above set forth.
