For the support of the Christian Paisarnsaht School, of Chiengrai, Thailand…The Christian Paisarnsaht School, of Chiengrai, Thailand shall use the said income from the fund hereby established for scholarship assistance at the discretion of the administrators of the school. Should the Christian Paisarnsaht School, of Chiengrai, Thailand be merged or consolidated with any other institution related to the Presbyterian Church (USA), the net income from this gift shall be paid to the said merged institution which shall be entitled to receive all the benefits of this gift and shall be obligated to administer the same in all respects and in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Further should the Christian Paisarnsaht School, of Chiengrai, Thailand or its successors cease to exist or cease to be a part of or officially connected with the Presbyterian Church (USA), then said net income shall be distributed as follows: 50% to Whitworth College currently located in Spokane, Washington, 99251; 50% to San Francisco Theological Seminary currently located at 2 Kensington Road, San Anselmo, California, 94960. Whitworth College and the San Francisco Theological Seminary shall use said income for scholarship aid with first preference given to students from Thailand Should Whitworth College of Spokane, Washington be merged or consolidated with any other institution related to the Presbyterian Church (USA), the net income from this gift shall be paid to the Council on Theological Education. The Council on Theological Education shall use said income with first preference given to students from Thailand. Should the San Francisco Theological Seminary be merged or consolidated with any other institution related to the Presbyterian Church (USA), the net income from this gift shall be paid to the Council on Theological Education. The Council on Theological Education shall use said income with first preference given to students from Thailand.
