Prince Royal College shall only use the income derived from such investments in the maintenance or enlargement of their work. The income may be used for the erection of new buildings but any new building erected with money obtained from the funds I leave to them shall have a tablet in a conspicuous place bearing an inscription similar to that in the Neilson Hay Library.
