Designated Use

The scholarship will be administered through the Office of Higher Education of the General Assembly. The interest from this fund will be used to provide scholarships for seminary students who show a preference to work in urban ministries. Preference shall be given to students who express interest in working in the Elizabeth Presbytery and secondary preference to seminary students who express interest in working in other urban ministries in the State of New Jersey. The preferences are intended as a guideline and not as a restriction.
