one-half thereof to The Board of Foreign Missions of the Presbyterian Church, U.S.A., to establish the George W. and Vinnie B. Shelton Memorial Fund, to be invested and the interest used perpetually to sustain one or more missionaries in the Foreign Field, preferably China and India. This income shall be credited annually to the benevolences of the Second Presbyterian Congregation of Pittsburgh, of which I am now pastor.
