It is preferred that distributions from this fund be used to support the development of Pastoral Leadership in the Presbyterian Community of the Church of Christ in the Congo through scholarships and training (including continuing education) of Evangelists/Pastors for Village Evangelism. Wherever distributions are used they are to continue to promote the ideals that characterized the life and witness of Robert William and Peggy Thomas Reinhold, namely: Devotion to Christ and His Church Love of the Bible Dedication to Pastoral Ministry Fidelity, Honesty and Generosity Unselfish Service
