The [Historical Foundation] Curator shall apply these annual receipts to the purchase of such books as he thinks will best harmonize with the small donation I have already made. I desire that the entire collection of books, those then in possession and those thereafter purchased from this bequest, be kept, as far as possible, separate and apart from other books and that the donation with an appropriate inscription, bear the name of the donor.
