Board of Christian Education may make such distributions of income or principal as it may from time to time determine and on the basis of such standards as it may establish. Distribution may be made to students interested in the ministry to help them with their college educations as well as their seminary educations, and distributions may be in the form of either direct grants or loans. There shall not be distributed from the principal held in trust in any year a sum which exceeds ten (10%)of the value of the principal of the trust at the time it was established, but for the purpose of this sentence any amounts which are loaned shall not be treated as distributions.
