All the rest, residue and remainder of my property and estate which I own at the time of my death, whether real, personal or mixed and wheresoever situate, and including all lapsed, disclaimed and void gifts, I hereby give, devise and bequeath to Presbyterian Church (USA) Foundation, 100 Wall Street, Jeffersonville, Indiana. It is my wish that the Foundation use this bequest as a Memorial Fund to be named the Berneice Cress Memorial Fund with the proceeds to be distributed for the benefit of retired pastors of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), however, this is a precatory request and shall not be binding on my beneficiary.
