The Foundation shall pay the net income from this Fund (hereinafter the Net Income) to the Synod of Living Waters, P.O. Box 1207, Brentwood, Tennessee 37024-1207 (hereinafter the Beneficiary), after the expiration of each calendar quarter (or at any other regular time interval as established by the Board of Trustees of the Foundation from time to time) for the Living Waters of the World Project, a validated mission project of the Beneficiary. All amounts of Excess Principal and Net Income disbursed from the Fund shall be administered by the Beneficiary's Synod Council, Synod Executive Committee, or other committee appointed by the Synod for that purpose.
