David and Willa Grace Wynne Scholarship Fund | 102240005319
The recipients(s) of the tuition scholarship should be selected by the Head of School of the Presbyterian School of the First Presbyterian Church of Houston, Texas, with the approval of its Board of Trustees, based upon the following criteria: 1. The child should be at the Kindergarten level or higher. 2. The child's parents should be financially unable to afford the cost of tuition. 3. The recipient should be a child who exhibits superior (a) intelligence, (b) stability, (c) physical well-being, and (d) good cheer. 4. The child's parents should be Christians and should exhibit the following characteristics: (a) enthusiasm about the child and his or her future; (b) intelligence; (c) self-respect; and (d) eagerness to cooperate with the school's program. 5. As between candidates of equal qualifications, preference should be given to members of First Presbyterian Church of Houston, Texas. The recipients and their parents should be informed that David and Willa Grace Wynne were educators who loved children and who were dedicated to helping children maximize their God-given abilities.
