Determination of use for above needs shall be by a committee composed of the Director of Lake Hunter Homes, the Executive Director of Florida Presbyterian Homes, Inc. and an ordained minister of the Executive Director's choice. This said committee may also determine the use of income in excess of that needed for above named purpose in ways that the religious life at the Homes may be enhanced.
