to reinvest all income into principal until the principal reaches $5,000.00. Once the fund reaches $5,000.00 [reached $5,000 as of 12/31/2009], the Foundation shall pay the net income therefrom quarterly (hereinafter the Net Income) to La Casa de San Gabriel Community Center, 203 E. Mission Drive, San Gabriel, California 91776 (hereinafter the Beneficiary) to be used at the discretion of the Board of Directors. Furthermore, once the principal reaches $10,000.00, the Beneficiary by majority vote of its Board of Directors shall have the right to withdraw principal in excess of $10,000.00 for use at the discretion of the Board of Directors. A minimum of $10,000.00 in principal must always be maintained. The requested withdrawal of principal shall be in writing and such withdrawal shall be made according to the policies of the Foundation then in effect. The written request for withdrawal must be received by the Foundation at least ten business days prior to the last day of any month to be effective for that month.
