The House of Rest Endowment Fund | 103120052253
10/16/13 cy pres order: Thirty-seven and one half percent (37.5%) of the Endowment's annual income shall be distributed to the House of Rest Corporation, in no less than annual installments, to be used for the operation and maintenance of the House of Rest facility and to maintain the Operating and Maintenance Reserve Fund in an amount equal to the previous year's total operation budget. Any annual income beyond the amounts required for the operation and maintenance of the House of Rest facility and to maintain the Operating and Maintenance Reserve Fund may be used and distributed by the House of Rest Corporation to, or for the benefit of, institutions which provide for the housing and care of retired missionaries of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). Sixty-two and one half percent (62.5%) of the income shall be distributed to the Party of the Second Part [aka COEMAR] to be used, first, for the help of missionaries of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) on furlough and, second, for the help of supporting missionaries of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).
