To provide a scholarship or scholarships for students of nursing of the College of Nursing. It is the hope of the donors that the capital amount of said scholarship fund may be added to in later years. If, at the discretion of the Board [n/k/a Coemar], or its successors, there should be a change in the University's organization, or should the school of nursing at Silliman University cease to exist, or if, for reasons beyond the control of the Board, or its successors, it becomes impossible to get money to said School of Nursing, then funds available for distribution shall be applied by said Board, or its successors, to like work in the Philippine Islands. Should it be impossible to find such other work or to forward money for such other work in the Philippine Islands, said Board may, at its discretion, use said money for similar purposes in other parts of the world acting, as nearly as possible, in accordance with the original intent and purpose of the donors.
