Garrett Income Fund for Mission at the Eastward. Income to be used for Mission at the Eastward. [Income will be transferred from 102240006132 to 102262006133 for reinvestment.]

Marshall J. Garrett Income Fund for Mission at the Eastward | 102262006133

Income Fund [acct. 102262006133] shall receive all income transferred from the Permanent Fund [acct. 102240006132]. The income shall accumulate for use by the Beneficiary. In accordance with the rules listed the following paragraph, the Beneficiary may instruct the Foundation to: a) permanently reinvest any portion of the Income Fund back into the Permanent Fund. B) Withdraw any portion of the Income Fund. C) Distribute the income from the Permanent Fund among the options listed 9 transfer to the Income Fund, reinvestment in the Permanent Fund, or distribution to the Beneficiary). D) Disestablish the Income Fund and reinvest the income in the Permanent Fund or distribute the income to the Beneficiary. If the Income Fund is disestablished, future options shall be limited to permanent reinvestment or distribution of income. Should the Beneficiary request a redirection or withdrawal of income in accordance with the options listed above, then a request for same shall be made according to the rules of the Foundation then in effect. Requests must be in writing and received by the Foundation at least ten business days prior to the periodic portfolio valuations which are currently March 31st, June 30th, September 30th, and December 31st of each year. The Beneficiary shall ultimately use said income from the funds hereby established as determined by its Mission Council for the mission and ministry of MATE.
