The net income from this fund shall be paid to The Ripley-First Presbyterian Church, Ripley, Ohio, for the use and purpose of contributing to the college expenses of a deserving student under the following conditions: That the Minister of The Ripley-First Presbyterian Church, The Session of the Ripley-First Presbyterian Church, and the Superintendent f the Ripley Public School, or any of their successors, shall select a student giving consideration to the qualifications herein after set forth: Character, financial need and scholastic ability. If at any time, said income, in the opinion of the three above designated persons, is of sufficient amount, said persons may designate more than one beneficiary. If after fifty (50) years, Trustee deems income to be insufficient, then said Trustee may use the principal and same purposes as income.
