The Foundation shall reinvest net income so that said net income becomes principal until the principal reaches one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) or fifty years from the date of this agreement, whichever comes first. At that time the Foundation shall permanently hold, invest, and reinvest said principal and shall pay the net income therefrom (hereinafter the Net Income) after the expiration of each calendar quarter (or at any other regular time interval as established by the Board of Trustees of the Foundation from time to time) to the following:50% - Fifty percent to Bel Air Presbyterian Church, 16221 Mulholland Dr., Los Angeles, CA 90049, to be used as follows: At least 25% to be used for mission beyond the congregation, not including the Union Rescue Mission and Habitat for Humanity named below. At least half of that mission shall be international and at least half of it shall be through a presbytery, synod or the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). Another 25% shall be used for repair and maintenance of Bel Air's facilities. In addition, 25% shall go to feed the hungry through Union Rescue Mission, P.O. Box 53629, Los Angeles, CA 90013. And 25% shall go to Habitat For Humanity, 1138 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 100, Los Angeles, CA 90017, to provide housing for poverty level families.
