(5) If church no longer has a pipe organ, income will provide special or innovative music for the Ojai Valley Community.

First Presbyterian Church of Orange, California shall use said income from the fund hereby established to encourage, develop, train and provide musical talent in the field of sacred music vocally or, instrumentally, provided, however, that a portion of the income may be accumulated for expenditure in a subsequent year. The purpose for which the fund may be expended is strictly limited to providing musical scholarships to bona fide members of the Westminster Choir of First Presbyterian Church of Orange, California or its successor choir (regardless of their personal church affiliation) or the payment of honoraria to the bona fide members of the said Westminster Choir or its successor for the performing of music for the congregation of First Presbyterian Church of Orange, California. Expenditure of the funds will be recommended by the music sub-committee of First Presbyterian Church of Orange, California to its Worship Committee. Should said Westminster Choir or its successor choir ceases to exist, the said net income from the fund shall be added to the Deacons Fund of First Presbyterian Church of Orange, California to be used to aid the needy of its congregation and community.
