First Avenue Presbyterian Church Endowment Fund | 102262100629
Session shall determine, including for general fund expenditures, mission projects, and such special projects as the Session may approve. From time to time, the Session may also decide to reinvest income in the fund. [1/1996 - Session decided to reinvest all dividends and interest back into the fund until further notice.] The Foundation shall hold the principal amount of the Fund in trust for the First Avenue Presbyterian Church, Denver, Co, Donor, irrevocable except as provided herein, and shall not release or return any portion of the principal to the Donor unless instructed by the Session, conveyed to the FOUNDATION in a notarized writing signed by the Clerk of Session of the First Avenue Presbyterian Church, Denver, Colorado. Such action shall have been approved by super-majority of at least 75% of the Session members entitled to vote at a meeting attended by a super-quorum of at least nine (9) session members, which action shall further have been conveyed to the congregation of the First Avenue Presbyterian Church, Denver, Colorado, at a special congregational meeting called as per the Book of Order.
