To use one-half (1/2) of said income from the fund hereby established as a Maintenance Fund for repairs to the physical plant and improvements to the church grounds, but not for any new construction or additions to the physical plant. For this purpose, repairs includes such things as repairing the roof, repairing or replacing heating and air conditioning systems, painting the building, repairing or replacing lights, carpeting, tiles, and similar matters.To use the remaining one-half (1/2) of said income from the fund hereby established as a Helping Hands Fund to assist persons who apply to the church for physical needs such as food and shelter. Such income may be used to benefit anyone who applies and shall not be restricted to any particular denomination or group. Such income may also be sued to assist other public service organizations such as The Alcove, Inc..The use of the income will be subject to the discretion of the Session of the RAY MEMORIAL PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH of Monroe, Georgia under the restrictions stated above.
