The Foundation shall reinvest all net income into principal so that net income becomes principal until principal reaches the sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00). Thereafter, the Foundation shall pay the net income therefrom quarterly (hereinafter the 'Net Income') after the expiration of each calendar quarter (or at any other regular time interval as established by the Board of Trustees of the Foundation from time to time) to First Presbyterian Church, 777-25th Avenue, East Moline, IL 61244-2834, (hereinafter the 'Beneficiary') for higher education scholarships to be administered by the church.

Yorkfield Presbyterian Church of Elmhurst, Illinois shall use the said net income from the fund hereby established at the discretion of its Session with first preference given for use by the Library Committee, second preference given for use by the Christian Education Committee and third preference given to local mission, in all cases such funds to be considered over and above the usual annual budget. The income received from this fund shall not be equalized.
