To be used for scholarship assistance to one or more students who are truly needful of financial help. The students may be selected from among members of the church; from those who have some relationship with the church; or from those in the community who are known to the church. This fund must be used for theological education. The Session of the First Presbyterian Church of Willmar, Minnesota may choose whether to receive the income for this scholarship periodically according to the administrative policies of the Foundation in effect or to request the income once a year following at least four quarters of investment after the establishment of the Fund.

The net income shall be reinvested as such income is received quarterly into a separate fund until December 31, 1993 for the benefit of the First Presbyterian Church, Willmar, MN. Beginning January 1, 1994 the First Presbyterian Church shall have the privilege of annually withdrawing the income accumulated from its share of the fund. The First Presbyterian Church or its successors shall use the said income from the Fund hereby established as determined by it Session for further support of missionaries over and above the usual support approved by the Session and/or for the special needs of mission projects as these needs become known through missionaries, visitors to mission projects, church publications or other channels of information to the church.Should the First Presbyterian Church request withdrawal of accumulated income, then such withdrawal shall be made according to the rules of the Foundation then in effect. Any written requests for withdrawal must be received by the Foundation at least ten business day prior to the periodic valuation deadline of March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31, in each year.
