Nesbitt Scholarship Memorial Fund Agreement Number 19920659, Dated October 20, 1992 to increase the annual scholarship amount to $2,000. The Amendment included in the Petition for the Court further stated the $2,000 would automatically be distributed to Charitable Beneficiary, for scholarships until the account is depleted and closed (approximately 10 years at the current market value without further additions). If Charitable Beneficiary does not have a suitable scholarship candidate in any given year, it can elect to support a scholarship candidate from First Presbyterian Church, Meadville, PA by forwarding the $2,000.00 to the First Presbyterian Church, 890 Liberty St, Meadville, PA 16335 (Alternate Charitable Beneficiary).
