Senior Outreach Mission and Health Care Ministry Fund | 102240071073
The distributions from the Fund will be used to support a program of visitation, outreach and education for older or health care challenged members of the church. This will also include members who are home bound or in hospitals or nursing homes. Distributions from the Fund may be used to support a new position or supplement an existing position (i.e. parish nurse, lay leader, seminarian intern, pastor, retired pastor) to provide emotional support and loving concern for senior health care. These restrictions apply for the first 20 years. Thereafter it is preferred that the Fund be used in the outreach outlined above, but may also be used at the discretion of the session.
