The Foundation shall accumulate the net income of the Fund (hereinafter the Net Income) in successive twenty-four month intervals (hereinafter each referred to individually as the Term). The accumulated Net Income of the Fund will be distributed to the Beneficiary's Celebration Committee at the end of each Term, beginning on June 30, 2001, upon the Foundation's receipt of a written request for each such distribution from the Celebration Committee. The Celebration Committee may request such a distribution at any time subsequent to the end of any Term, and undistributed Net Income for each Term will continue to accumulate until a distribution is requested. Alternatively, the Celebration Committee may direct the Foundation, in writing, to reinvest the accumulated Net Income for any Term into principal at the end of any such Term, so that the accumulated Net Income at the end of any such Term becomes principal. All distributions of Net Income shall be used by the Beneficiary's Celebration Committee for the repair and maintenance of computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephone systems and other electronic equipment owned or operated by the Beneficiary, or for the purchase of repair contracts for such equipment, as long as such equipment a) is located in the offices and classrooms of the Beneficiary or b) is located in the homes of any Pastor or Pastoral Staff of the Beneficiary and is used over fifty percent (50%) in connection with the church business of the Beneficiary.
