[The income] Shall from year to year, as may be most convenient, laid out by the said corporation [General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church in the United States of America] and their successors in such useful books as they may think proper, and given by them to the persons legally managing the secular interests and concerns of any Christian congregation that, in the opinion on the said corporation, or a majority of them, are unable to provide them for themselves, to and for the use of the pastor or minister of said congregation for the time being, as long as he shall continue in the pastoral charge thereof, and to be kept under his particular care, and for which he shall be answerable to the managers of such congregation or church, who shall direct the manner in which they shall be kept with regard to their preservation against being improperly lent out; provided always, that not more than one-third [of income] shall be given, in any one year, to one church or congregation, excepting the two herein after mentioned, to wit: that of the borough of Elizabeth, in the First Presbyterian Church of that town, of which I was a member many years, and St. Mary's Church, in the city of Burlington, where I now live, between whom the first complete amount of the [income] for one year shall be equally divided, and laid out in such books as the managers of each church or congregation shall choose.

For the Hanil Women's Bible Institute located in Chonju [Jeonju], [South] Korea. The yearly accrued interest is to be given to the Hanil Women's Bible Institute for scholarship help. Should the Hanil school be merged with another theological institute in Korea, I ask that the interest on this endowment go for scholarship help for women students in the merged school. After my death [died in 2008] should the Hanil Bible Institute be dissolved, or the work in Korea is closed, I request that the interest from this fund be used for theological training of Christian women in another country where the Presbyterian Church has mission work.

To Duta Wacana United Theological College, Yogyakarta, Indonesia…The Duta Wacana United Theological College, Yogyakarta, Indonesia shall use the said income from the fund hereby established to provide scholarships for members of the Gereja Kristen Indonesia-Jawa Tengah (the Central Java Indonesian Christian Church) or its successors. Should the Duta Wacana United Theological College, Yogyakarta, Indonesia be merged or consolidated with any other institution related to the Presbyterian Church (USA), the net income from this gift shall be paid to the said merged institution which shall be entitled to receive all the benefits of this gift and shall be obligated to administer the same in all respects and in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Further, should the Duta Wacana United Theological College, Yogyakarta, Indonesia or its successors cease to exist or cease to be officially connected with the Presbyterian Church (USA), then the said net income from this gift shall be paid to a theological institution in Jakarta, Indonesia related to the Presbyterian Church (USA) which shall be entitled to receive all the benefits of this gift and shall be obligated to administer the same in all respects and in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Should the theological institution in Jakarta, Indonesia related to the Presbyterian Church (USA) be merged or consolidated with any other institution related to the Presbyterian Church (USA), the net income from this gift shall be paid to the said merged institution which shall be entitled to receive all the benefits of this gift and shall be obligated to administer the same in all respects and in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Further, should the theological institution in Jakarta, Indonesia related to the Presbyterian Church (USA) or its successors cease to exist or cease to be officially connected with the Presbyterian Church (USA), then the said net income shall be paid to the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (USA), to be used for purposes as similar as possible to the original intent of the Donor.
