[Agreement 19760614] - ....pay to the Synod Treasury Service, Synod of Lincoln Trails, Indianapolis, Indiana the net income in quarterly payments to begins on December 31, 1976. The said Synod Treasury Service shall distribute the said income from the fund hereby established for the General Mission purposes of the General Assembly, the Synod of Lincoln Trails and the Presbytery of Southeastern Illinois, according to the percentage formula agreed upon annually by these judicatories. [per 2/26/2010 Court Order] It is, Therefore, Ordered that the Petitioner [Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) Foundation], to pay the income from the Maude Evans Memorial Fund to General Assembly, the Synod and the Presbytery, in the percentages specified annually by the three entities, and It is further ordered, that should the Petitioner not received an annual or standing instructions from the General Assembly, the Synod and the Presbytery with the percentages breakdown for the disbursement of income, the Petitioner shall distribute the income in equal shares to the three beneficiaries until such further instruction is received.
