For the support of Sekolah Tinggi Theologia (also known as College of Theology) currently located in Jakarta, Indonesia. Said income shall be considered outside the budget and shall not be equalized with any other income from the Presbyterian Church (USA). The Sekolah Tinggi Theologia, of Jakarta, Indonesia shall use the said income from the fund hereby established as its Board of Trustees shall determine. Should Sekolah Tinggi Theologia, of Jakarta, Indonesia be merged or consolidated with any other seminary related to the Presbyterian Church (USA), the said net income from this gift shall be used for the support of the said merged seminary which shall be entitled to receive all the benefits of this gift and shall be obligated to administer the same in all respects and in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Further, should Sekolah Tinggi Theologia, of Jakarta, Indonesia or its successors cease to exist or cease to be a part of or officially connected with the Presbyterian Church (USA), then the said net income shall be used for the support of theological education in the Pacific Basin in accordance with the terms of this agreement for use as similar as possible to the original intent of the Donor.
