The Miriam Snow Mathes Internship Fund, established by Miriam Snow Mathes is permanently held and invested with the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) Foundation. Income from the Fund is to be paid to the Presbytery of North Puget Sound, or its successors, to be used only in support of one or more seminary students, to have internship experiences of up to one year in local congregations within the bounds of the Presbytery of North Puget Sound. The awards are to be made at the sole discretion of the Presbytery of North Puget Sound, by such procedures as said Presbytery shall determine from time to time, and shall be in response to applications by local congregations, except that seminary students receiving support must be under the care of a Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). Typically the award shall be in support of persons during their seminary years, but at the sole discretion of said Presbytery, awards may be made to persons for the period immediately prior to the commencement of their seminary studies, or immediately following completion of their seminary studies.This Fund is to be known as the Miriam Snow Mathes Internship Fund and award recipients are to be known as Miriam Snow Mathes Interns.The Presbytery of North Puget Sound is not obligated to expend any or all of said income each year, but may retain some or all of the income for one or more years, either in order to accumulate a larger sum of money for subsequent award, or in the event that there is not a sufficient number of suitable seminary candidates or of appropriate applications from congregations in any given year or years. It is the hope of the donor that both the congregation and the intern will derive benefit from the internship.The awards are outright grants, not loans, and there is no requirement or expectation of repayment. However, it is the hope of the donor that both the interns and the congregations involved will be informed that the principal of the Miriam Snow Mathes Internship Fund may at any time be increased by gifts from any person, or church, or organization.

Charles and Alice Hussey Scholarship Fund | 102240201353
The Fund is created to provide scholarships to members of the community of Eastmont Presbyterian Church. The scholarships would preferably go to Christian students seeking higher education or seminary. The Session of Eastmont Presbyterian Church, in East Wenatchee, Washington, has the right to determine the amount and number of scholarships given up to 95% (ninety-five percent) of the annual income distribution. Annually, any amount not used by the Eastmont Presbyterian Church Session for scholarships shall be reinvested back into principal of the Fund. [Eastmont PC, East Wenatchee, WA was dismissed to Covenant Order of Evangelical Presbyterians 3/31/2015. They also changed their name to Faith Presbyterian Church. During the same period, the Presbytery of Central Washington requested we send future annual income distributions from this fund to the Faith Presbyterian Church, East Wenatchee, WA for scholarships upon the Presbytery's approval.] [6/16/2016 - After Donor's death, Fund name was changed from Anonymous Scholarship Fund to Charles and Alice Hussey Scholarship Fund per terms of agreement and August 31, 2006 signed statement.] [SEE ACCOUNT 102240000017 that holds 95% accumulated income that can be requested annually by the Presbytery of Northwest Coast for scholarships at Faith PC, East Wenatchee, WA. If they do not request/use all the 95%, the remaining amount will be transferred back into 102240201353 to be reinvested back into principal.]
